Pork & Beef Lasagne
We all know about this one - Marco's mamma's recipe. We make our own egg pasta at Fitzrovia daily and layer it with Marco's mum's pork and beef ragout with rich San Marzano tomato sugo (sauce), layered with Valerio's creamy mozzarella bechamel, with fresh mozzarella and parmesan to top. Simply heat and serve with salad and garlic bread on the side for La Dolce Vita at home.
