Italian Thyme & Garlic Roast Porchetta
Originally from Ariccia, a city part of the castled hills of Rome, Porchetta is traditionally a pork belly cured with thyme, rosemary and garlic, fennel seed and touch of chilli and roasted to crispy perfection. Our pork is all free range and comes from Strathfieldsaye, just outside of Bendigo. Versatile to serve with anything, however we love to break the rules so we serve it at home with Fitzrovia's own Braised Black Lentils and Cauliflower Cheese.
Serves two as a main meal.
